Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2025. By using Sabeel or this website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service

Sabeel enables funding and delivery of drinking water to mosques within the State of Qatar, with photo proof of delivery and notes.

2) Account & Verification

  • Registration uses your phone number and SMS One-Time Password (OTP).
  • You are responsible for accurate information and the security of your device.

3) Orders & Delivery

  • Select a mosque and quantity/amount, then pay. The order appears in your history with its status.
  • When marked Delivered, photo proof, date, and notes are attached.
  • Timelines may depend on supply and logistics; we use reasonable efforts to deliver on time.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

  • Prices are in QAR and may include applicable local taxes/fees.
  • Payments are processed via approved gateways (cards/Apple Pay). We do not store full card PAN.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations may be requested before preparation begins. After dispatch, cancellation may not be available.
  • If delivery cannot be fulfilled due to our fault, you may receive a refund of the undelivered order or a reschedule.

6) Content & IP

  • Marks, designs, and content are owned by Havez market supply W.L.L.
  • Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

7) Prohibited Use

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activity.
  • Submitting abusive content or content infringing others’ rights.

8) Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Any remedy, if available, is limited to the value of an undelivered order.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the company and its personnel against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar; courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.

11) Changes

We may amend these Terms; updates take effect upon posting within the app or site.
